Friends With Benefits Event Offer

  1. Promotion valid for new event bookings held between 1 September 2026 and 31 October 2026.

  2. Eligible events must have a minimum confirmed event spend of NZD $4,000 (incl. GST). Events below this threshold are not eligible for promotional perks unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.

  3. Clients may select one (1) promotional perk only per qualifying event booking.

  4. Promotional perks are:

    • The Return Ticket: 15% of the qualifying event spend credited towards a future event booked and held within six months of the original event.

    • Room for you: One Complimentary Room Night in a Superior Queen or Twin Room for every $4,000 spent on the qualifying event. Subject to availability. Blackout dates apply

    • Toast to the Host: Choice of either arrival beverages for your guests (prosecco wine or Asahi, 1x per guest) or charcuterie boards (1x board per 15x guests).

  5. Complimentary accommodation nights and accommodation-related rewards specific terms:

    • Are subject to availability.

    • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other accommodation offer.

    • Have no cash value and are not transferable.

    • Must be redeemed within 12months of your event date

    1. Blackout dates apply and include periods of high demand in Christchurch, including but not limited to:

    • Major events, concerts, festivals and city-wide activations.

    • Events at Te Kaha Stadium, Wolfbrook Arena, and other major entertainment venues where significant visitor demand exists.

    • Any dates designated by Management as peak-demand periods.

  6. The Return Ticket credit:

    • May only be applied to a future event in Rambler spaces.

    • Cannot be redeemed for cash, accommodation, or third-party services.

    • Expires six months from the date of the original event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  7. Promotional perks cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another client, booking, or event.

  8. The promotion applies to new bookings only and is not available retrospectively on existing confirmed events.

  9. Final eligibility is based on the actual invoiced event spend. If the final spend falls below $4,000, the promotional perk may be withdrawn or adjusted accordingly.

  10. Management reserves the right to amend, substitute, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

  11. All bookings remain subject to Drifter and Rambler's standard event/room booking terms and conditions.
